Jason Edgington
Chief Executive Officer
Jason joined WCA in July 2006, taking on the role of Director. Over the past 17 years Jason has helped and supported WCA become a successful and effective organisation that works with the local community and marginalised groups to influences local services.

Jacqueline Bedford
Office Manager/Finance Officer
Jacqueline joined WCA in 2006 and is our Office Manager/Finance Officer as well as the friendly face on our main reception and has a background in Finance and Business Management and has lived and worked in the area for many years.

Julie Bristow
Voluntary Sector Coordination Service Manager (VSCS)
Julie joined the WCA in April 2017 as the VSCS Manager and has extensive experience in the voluntary sector, mostly within infrastructure organisations providing support to the voluntary and community sector in different parts of London.

Sarah Cook
Healthwatch Wandsworth Manager
Sarah joined WCA in September 2016 as the Healthwatch manager, she previously worked at Macmillan Cancer Support where she worked organising a specialist information outreach service.

Delia Fitzsimmons
Outreach and Engagement Lead
Delia is a graduate in Business Studies & Human Resource Management and had been working in Human Resource Management for 10 years prior to joining WCA in October 2012 as a Volunteer Co-ordinator.
Within her Volunteer Co-ordinator role and through project managing Social Sundayz, The Drug & Alcohol Service User Involvement project and Skill Swap, she has gained a greater understanding of various service user groups’ needs in the Wandsworth area, which will provide her with an excellent platform upon which to build.
Delia is excited about her role as Outreach and Engagement Lead, as she can utilise her skills to contribute to making positive changes at both grass root and commissioning level.

Melanie joined WCA in August 2020

Saffron Mustafa (she/they)
Healthwatch Wandsworth – Community Research and Volunteer Project Officer
Saffron joined WCA in November 2022 as a Community Research and Volunteer Project Officer for the Healthwatch project. Saffron has a background in city planning and facilitating art and design workshops. She has experience of working with different community groups to co-design built environment projects. Saffron is enjoying engaging their research experience and investment in access to health and social care in this role with Healthwatch Wandsworth.
