Voicing Views

Here at WCA, experience has taught us that if real and positive change is to happen, the voice of service users must be heard, respected and acted upon.
It’s simple really – service user involvement = better services
Voicing Views works with the Mental Health Trust, the Integrated Commissioning Board (ICB), Integrated Care System (ICS) and Adult Social Services on matters relating to the delivery of mental health services in the borough.
We are currently working with various mental health services in Wandsworth – both statutory and voluntary – to create service user forums where service users can share their feedback and get involved in shaping their mental health services. We have two ongoing projects – one working to improve adult mental health services in Wandsworth, and the other to help improve mental health services for the LGBTQ+ community in Wandsworth.
If you would like to share feedback and/or get involved, you can get in touch and share your thoughts and suggestions using our mental health service user form by clicking the button below.

What has changed as a result of the project?
- Service users feel valued and a sense of ownership
- An increase in service users self esteem and confidence
- Improved service design and delivery
- A better understanding of service user involvement amongst staff
