Our values
We do what we do because we believe that effective change comes when an individual or community is able to recognise, value and build upon their own assets.
This isn’t always straight forward or easy, but we work with a range of marginalised communities, to try and ignite, inspire and support this positive change and, in doing so improve a communities well being.
At the core of our work is a recognition that, with the right support , encouragement and resources people possess the potential to take ownership of their own situation and condition and make a positive change.
