A Gentle Introduction to Mindfulness
A 90-minute mindfulness session offering simple, practical tools to help you meet your experiences with greater kindness, resilience, and presence supporting your wellbeing in a way that feels manageable and personal. You will be guided into a resourcing meditation during the session.

(11 May – 10 June 2026) The initiative invites organisations, community groups and individuals to host, contribute to or take part in activities that celebrate heritage, identity and community.

Dementia Adventure workshop on understanding the brain health and dementia
Wednesday 10th June at 3pm.

- Carers Week Celebration: 12 June 2-5pm. We are inviting unpaid carers across our catchment to enjoy a garden party and a range of wellbeing activities as a thank you and celebration of all that they do in caring for a loved one. Included will be a performance by Singology Choir, Chair Yoga, tours of the Hospice along with cake and bubbles throughout! Please share with carers in your network.
