Jason is the Director of WCA. Over the past 17 years Jason has helped and supported WCA become a successful and effective organisation that works with the local community and marginalised groups to influences local services.
Sarah Cook
Deputy Director of Research, Engagement, and Consultancy
Sarah is the Healthwatch Wandsworth lead officer and leads on community research for WCA, she previously worked at Macmillan Cancer Support where she worked organising a specialist information outreach service.
Alice Roder
Head of Marketing, Operations, and Programmes
Alice has a background in Individual Giving fundraising for charities like the NSPCC and the Scouts. More recently, she’s worked as a freelance marketer for small wellness businesses, and joins WCA to work on partnerships and campaigns for wellbeing in Wandsworth.

Jacqueline is our Office Manager/Finance Officer as well as the friendly face on our main reception and has a background in Finance and Business Management and has lived and worked in the area for many years.
Shani Tully
PA to the CEO and Team Assistant
Shani has worked in the secretarial and customer service field since 1985 (38 years) in both the private and public sector. Shani assists the Chief Executive, the Board, the Healthwatch Committee, and provides vital support to governance and services across the organisation. In 2021 Shani was inspired by volunteering at ‘Women-In-Prison’ in Stockwell, which was insightful, enjoyable and rewarding.

Ravi has a background working in customer success and product management for health-tech startup’s and has a passion for connecting people in new, dynamic ways. Leading the team who go out and about to support community projects in Wandsworth, Ravi is the first port of call to share your ideas and ambitions for a healthier, happier community in Wandsworth.
Jessica Johnson
Healthy Communities Project Officer
Jess has a Masters degree in Public Health and Health Promotion. She has experience working as a football coach with QPR in the Community Trust, a Covid-19 vaccinator with St John Ambulance and as bar staff in a local pub! At WCA Jess works on the Healthy Communities projects, managing the grants programme that enables two organisations to host a Core Connector and Community Champions in line with the NHS Core20+5 programme, focusing on chronic respiratory diseases and heart/lung health.

With a background in the charity & fundraising sector and volunteering I’ve come into the WCA to support organisations and volunteers in the borough by building relationships and establishing partnerships.

Dominic Sterling
Mental Health Projects Manager
Dominic has over two decades experience managing Social and Healthcare services mostly project management in the area of Mental health. Dominic views it as an honour to be able to contribute to the transformation of services across South West London region and wants to support people with mental health concerns to access inclusive high-quality interventions.
Maximilian Russel
Community Research and Volunteer Project Officer
Max joined WCA in December 2023 as a Community Research & Volunteer Project Officer. He has previously worked as a Social Researcher on a Heritage Fund Oral History Project documenting the lived experiences of the Ugandan Asian Diaspora. Max is passionate about speaking to people, understanding their experiences, and seeking to make positive changes within the community and believes this can be done in his capacity as Community Research & Volunteer Project Officer.
Rhiann Isaacs
Community Research and Volunteer Project Officer
Rhiann initially joined Healthwatch Wandsworth as a Volunteer Research Assistant in 2022 after completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She joined the organisation as she was keen to foster her developing interest in working with the community, ensuring that the voices of service users are heard when choices are being made about their health and social care. After completing her MSc where she studied neurodevelopmental conditions, Rhiann was able to secure the Community Research and Volunteer Project Officer role and is very excited to utilise her knowledge and passion to drive positive and lasting change in Wandsworth.
