A new NHS campaign ‘Know Who To Turn To’ is making it easier for people across South West London to find the right mental health support, at the right time.
From NHS Talking Therapies to a local Mental Health Crisis Line, support is available both for those in crisis and to help people look after their mental health and wellbeing in the community.

Support in a mental health crisis
Mental health crises can be frightening and isolating, but you are never alone. You can get urgent mental health support by calling 111 and choosing the mental health option.
You can also call the south west London Mental Health Crisis Line on 0800 028 8000, where you’ll reach compassionate professionals ready to listen and guide you to the right support. Both services are available 24/7 and open to anyone. If you are Deaf, you can call 111 or the south west London Mental Health Crisis Line using Sign Live.
Recovery Cafes
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and need a safe space to turn to, Recovery Cafes (also known as Crisis Cafes) provide a welcoming environment where you can find calm and connection away from emergency settings.
Know who to turn to in your community
Last year our local NHS launched a new hyper-local mental health directory of trusted organisations, charities, and community groups providing support across Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth.
